Heavy Rain in China: 13 Missing & 55 Killed
Beijing: China heavy rain
killed almost 55 people and approximately 14 were reported missing in Hailstorm
and rain in Southern China, reported by Media on Friday.
According to the national committee for Disaster
Reduction till now hardest hit was recorded as 36 deaths and 10 missing persons
but this report generated the new data on Friday.
To maintain the relief the
Disaster reduction and the ministry of Civil Affairs initiated emergency
response sent 3,000 tents and food to the affected area of Hunan Province that
have affected more than 1.5 million population.
Blankets, drinking water also
been sent later in the evening to save more lives.
More than 10 areas of southern
China have been affected by this storm and flood, some main areas are Hunan, Sichuan,
Jiangxi, Fujian, etc.
This climatic disaster can be
described as one of the worst disaster which created maximum loss of lives and
also give big loss to the property and its near surroundings.
